Transcending judgement at this time in history is not just something important that you should be focused on, but at some point, you will be left with no choice but to evolve beyond it.
As time moves on and we move further into the changing world order, your connection to the Creator within and your mastery of the mental plane will come into increasing focus.
This is not a message of fear, but one that I hope resonates with your inner knowing.
I’m asking that you look within and question yourself honestly, “Do I judge other people”?
Do you judge people based on upon appearances, political affiliation, ideology, religion, culture, geography, etc. etc.?
These are just some examples of course. But what if you could train yourself on the mental plane to release judgement of others? What do you suppose would happen?
First off, let us ask, are judgements ideal thoughts? You might say, maybe judgments are not ideal, but they are warranted and even necessary. There is real evil in this world and "they" are the cause of it.
I understand where you are coming from. But let us agree that 1) these thoughts are not ideal and 2) that your mental state, such as your joy, peace, and happiness is far more important than are your thoughts of judgement.
So how do we control these thoughts? We can begin to control our thoughts through visualizing a pendulum with two extreme poles and creating new thoughts patterns as the judgement arises. I will explain in detail.
The Principal of Rhythm states that:
"...in everything there is manifested a measured motion;
a to-and-from movement;
a flow and inflow;
a swing forward and backward;
a pendulum-like movement;
a tide-like ebb and flow;
a high tide and a low-tide"
And in recognizing this law, we can take action on the mental plane by "polarizing" ourselves to the desired thoughts. We can ultimately come to neutralize the judgement thought process, or at minimum default to the desired pole of thought as the judgement surfaces.
So visualize a pendulum, and as judgement of another arises, imagine that thought as one extreme swing of the pendulum. As we visualize one extreme, we can train ourselves to swing our thoughts towards the other extreme by thinking about these specific ideas:
"Okay, I can introduce these ideas when judgement arises, but what are we swinging towards?" We are swinging our thoughts towards empathy & discernment.
Empathy: The ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
Discernment: The ability to judge well.
The Process:

So here it is, a mental map with specific thought pattern examples to help you swing your pendulum out of judgement and into empathy and discernment.
Please practice this material with intent. I cannot overstate the benefits that will come from this practice. Six months is all you need to make serious progress, and the judgement will slow and virtually come to a stop.
And again, it doesn’t mean that you will no longer be capable of judgement anymore, of course you will. But you will have trained your thought patterns such that even if judgement comes up, it’s transmuted to empathy and discernment in the moment.
I will go into deeper into empathy and discernment in future posts. The word empathy alone is complicated because people think about empathy so differently, and it has been weaponized against us. Discernment too has an elusive quality that needs to be redressed in this new age of psychological warfare.
I hope this expression gave you some things to think about and sparked that inner knowing that judgement can indeed be transcended.
